Hello, my name is ……., and I am calling today to express my deep disappointment of the way CBSA has been handling the files of several Egyptians applied for refugees in Vancouver area

The CBSA Vancouver office denied several asylum seekers, which is not inline with the Canadian values and Canada's international responsibility. We know that anyone deported to the brutal regime of Egypt faces the real possibility of being executed. The Egyptian regime had previously executed civilians without any due process.

I urge the government and CBSA (1) intervene to relieve the families that have been put in this situation by the unjustified actions of CBSA Vancouver and (2) direct the CBSA to ensure consistency and fairness in dealing with refugee claimants
