Stop Deportation of Ezzat Gouda to Egypt where he's Sentenced to Death

Ezzat Sabry Youssef Hassan Gouda, a previous political detainee in Egypt, who faced personal tragedies in Egypt after his 2 sons Abdelrahman and Omar were killed in demonstrations in Egypt on July 6th 2013 and August 16th 2013 respecitvely, is over 65 and in poor health. 

Despite his death sentence in Egypt in absentia, the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) has denied him a refugee claim and ordered his deportation by November 1 2023. If deported he will be at risk of torture and death.
